      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expertise in the research, analysis, evaluation, and administration of employee benefits and retirement plans
      - Ensure compliance with benefit laws and regulations while advising on health benefits
      - Utilize analytical and mathematical skills for bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks
      - Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to enhance employee benefits offerings
      - Maintain strong customer service and team focus in all interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. Degree in Human Resources or related field, or five (5) years of experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of five (5) years' experience in health benefits and retirement plan administration
      - Strong knowledge of benefit laws and regulations
      - Advanced knowledge of HRIS and proficient Excel skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in behavioral health services or related industry
      - Familiarity with diverse cultural backgrounds and inclusion practices
      - Previous experience with employee stock ownership plans
