What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel functions such as Vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ADP (GlobalView) or Oracle Fusion
- Familiarity with vendor/insurance sites and navigation
- Customer service experience in a team-oriented environment
