- Training schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm for 12 weeks
- After training schedule: Availability between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM on Monday-Friday

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Be the initial point of contact for inquiries regarding pensions and financial benefits
- Provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
- Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
- Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system
- Maintain proficiency within client rules/guidelines and program policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
