      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with various employee benefit programs, including orientation and enrollment processes
      - Accurately enter and maintain data in HRIS and third-party administrator databases
      - Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit plans and resolve issues promptly
      - Collaborate with Payroll and vendors to ensure accuracy in benefit submissions
      - Maintain employee benefit files and assist in the preparation for annual open enrollment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with employee benefit programs or related administrative roles
      - Demonstrated knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and Cafeteria Plans regulations
      - Experience working with HRIS systems or Human Capital Management systems
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in a relevant field
      - Customer service experience
      - CEBS, CBP, or PHR certifications
      - Experience in the telecommunications industry
      - Familiarity with payroll processes and outsourcing systems
