What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide accurate explanations of benefit plans to caregivers and managers
- Deliver customer service support regarding benefits administration
- Assist in the implementation of benefits program changes and design
- Participate in various benefits projects alongside senior analysts and managers
- Execute administration functions for a multi-state, multi-line organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the development, analysis, and support of benefits programs and processes
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and design
- Ability to provide customer service to various stakeholders
- Experience in HRIS or payroll systems
- Understanding of multi-state benefits administration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related HR field
- Coursework or training in PHR, CEBS, CBP, HIA, or GBA
- 1 year of project management or coordination experience
- 1 year of experience in a corporate role overseeing benefits for subsidiaries/divisions
- Experience in a healthcare and/or union environment
