      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer service to employees and HR, resolving benefit issues efficiently
      - Assist with implementation projects and function as a subject matter expert for HR
      - Support annual enrollment processes, addressing employee and HR inquiries
      - Ensure accuracy of reporting, invoice review, and tracking of benefit-related submissions
      - Gather claims data and support financial processes for benefit plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years of relevant benefits administration experience
      - At least 5 years of experience in benefits or employee benefits administration
      - Strong knowledge of major benefit laws and regulations, including ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, and HIPAA
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced skills in Excel preferred

      - Experience with Workday HRIS
      - Demonstrated success in managing benefit-related projects and initiatives
      - Strong analysis and problem-solving abilities
      - Proven ability to maintain employee confidentiality
