Job Description

- Lead new plan setups through the deferred compensation build and integration ensuring the integrations are flowing properly.
- Plan and review key project timelines with internal stakeholders and 401k partners to ensure deliverables and "go lives" are achieved.
- Main point of contact to monitor the Dynamics queue for incoming questions and assigning cases to the appropriate resource, or resolving independently
- Escalate potential issues early to resolve without affecting implementation timeline.
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the 401(k) implementation process and how we can more efficiently meet the needs of the customer and partner
- Builds solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at isolved and externally at the customer), while documenting for training purposes along the way.
- Meet regularly with internal and external partners to ensure process is flowing smoothly and continually updated for improvement.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered in the system is valid.
- Create strong partner relationships based on trust, dependability, and responsiveness.
- Utilize all available tools and resources to research, troubleshoot and resolve partner requests.
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. Emerging understanding of broader organizational context and goals. Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Previous isolved or retirement industry experience is desired

Benefits Implementation Administrator
Summary/objective
The Benefits Implementation Administrator will be responsible for guiding our internal stakeholders, isolved 401(k) retirement partners, and marketplace partners through the implementation of their retirement solution. As functional experts, they will help lead the partner through the build, testing and implementation of their integrated isolved 401(k) solution and associated business processes.
