Job Description: IPG is currently looking for an experienced Benefits Integration Specialist that will manage and facilitate the build-out of our OnePack product enrollment experience on our external client's benefits platforms.
Job Location: Remote work is not available in AK, MT, HI (US)
Main Responsibilities: - Lead and facilitate client-level integrations on benefits administration platforms, such as ADP, Workday, etc. from sold notification to go-live date.
- Maintain project timelines and deliverables ensuring they are completed on time. This includes recording updates and milestones within project management system(s) and CRM(s).
- Work closely with external HR, broker, and platform technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration with client's benefits system(s).
- Analyze and suggest best practices for streamlining integration, such as system upgrades or process improvements.
- Present requirements and functional/technical specifications to external case-build teams. Answer questions and provide more hands-on support as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the Sales and Relationship Management teams. This includes providing support to potential new clients before being sold and supporting existing clients seeking a different level of integration.
- Alongside the Relationship Manager, perform research and interview at client-level to determine technical business requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and translate into requirements and specifications for technical projects and system enhancements.
- Work closely with Group Admin team, including Implementation and EDI Specialists, Billing, Technical Development, and Customer Experience.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Experience: 3 year's relevant experience
Education: Must meet one of the following requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
- Associate's degree in a Technical Field
- Certification in relevant focus area
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with benefits software such as ADP, Workday, UKG, etc.
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects/assignments and seek guidance on projects/assignments of higher complexity.
- May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are a must.
- Self-Starter with an analytical mindset.
