      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to Funding, Trial Coordination, and Client Navigator Teams, ensuring effective customer service
      - Report on insurance benefits and assist customers in overcoming financial obstacles
      - Facilitate the completion of Good Faith Financial Assessments and review results
      - Maintain communication with customers to ensure accurate information and support
      - Collect and report on key metrics within the Funding Team, assisting with other duties as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
      - Strong phone skills and ability to deliver a superior customer experience
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
      - Ability to adjust to the needs of people with disabilities and maintain a professional demeanor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proficiency with HubSpot, Office 365, and Zoom
      - 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related environment such as rehabilitation, insurance, or medical clinic
