      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer the University's Health and Welfare, and Retirement benefits under general supervision
      - Counsel staff, faculty, retirees, and their families on plan enrollments and changes
      - Review, approve, and process enrollment/disenrollment of various benefits via Workday
      - Serve as a primary resource for interpreting benefits and resolving related issues
      - Conduct benefit presentations for employees and new hires, and assist with additional projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
      - Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field
      - Limited knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to benefits
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work on multiple projects simultaneously
      - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
      - Experience in benefits, human resources, or business-related roles
      - Background in various benefits services, such as health and welfare, medical, and retirement
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with distinguished presentation abilities
      - Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
