      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the Employee Navigator (EN) build-out process and ensure timely system renewals
      - Provide frontline support to clients, resolving complex issues and advising on best practices
      - Act as the liaison between clients and carrier integrations for effective communication
      - Document internal processes and contribute to training resources for team efficiency
      - Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees to enhance their EN skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in a consultative support role with experience in resolving complex client issues
      - Strong technical knowledge of Employee Navigator or similar platforms
      - Excellent customer service skills via email and telephone, focusing on empathy and problem-solving
      - Strong organizational skills for managing and prioritizing customer inquiries
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
