What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and maintain company benefits programs
- Provide guidance to employees on eligibility, coverage, and provisions of benefits
- Compile and maintain accurate benefits records and documentation
- Manage worker's compensation claims and employee leaves
- Input and audit employee benefits data in the HRIS system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with UKG (HCM system), leave management, and tier 1 benefits inquiries
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying benefits information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing and implementing benefits programs
- Familiarity with employee assistance programs and health savings accounts
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to employee benefits
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical services organization
