      Key Responsibilities

      Payroll

      • Manage workflow (new hires, terminations, and employee change of status) to ensure all are processed accurately and timely.
      • Provide biweekly reporting to management teams with ad-hoc reporting requests.
      • Assist Payroll Manager in Reconciliation of payroll before transmission and validation of confirmed reports.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Wellness & Benefits Support

      • Research 401k issues and fallouts and update Fidelity accordingly.
      • Responsible for HSA and 401k Funding.
      • Set up newly eligible participants with WEX for HSA account and update terminated employee status.
      • Invoice verification and reconciliation.
      • Provide support on other day-to-day benefits administration.
      • Support the events committee in all wellness events and activities
      • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
      • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

      HRIS Support

      • Run Routine reports based on schedule
      • Update new Hires profiles for Performance
      • Update HR data tables as requested
      • Review security profiles and login administration
      • Assist in audit of HR data and preparation for governmental filings

      Experience & Required Skills

      • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience (4 years).
      • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other tactical office tools.
      • Ability to work independently with general project guidance.
      • Maintain a strong work ethic, integrity, and confidentiality.
      • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
      • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
      • Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
