- Work closely with top executives on strategic projects
- Rotate between Bertelsmann’s divisions to identify business opportunities, leverage creativity and entrepreneurial freedom
- Develop concepts, implement projects and work in cross-functional teams
- Provide project leadership in matrix teams
- Develop and recommend strategies for various Bertelsmann businesses
- Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent graduate degree and relevant work experience
- Proven entrepreneurial and/or intrapreneurial experience displayed in a business initiative or large project
- Demonstrated affinity for media
- Leadership skills and willingness to take responsibility
- Ability to communicate with top management
- Geographic flexibility, as projects are located throughout the world
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German, other languages are a plus

The Bertelsmann Future Leaders Graduate Program is made up of three tracks: “Creative”, “Data” and “Business”. Participants in the “Business” track are emerging entrepreneurs looking for opportunities to write their own chapter in the Bertelsmann success story. During the 18-month rotational program, participants will be involved in implementing a number of entrepreneurial projects throughout different Bertelsmann divisions worldwide. The aim is to prepare participants to assume responsibility within a very short period of time.
