About The Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced Leadership and Executive Coaches with Sales Coaching experience to join our BetterUp Coach Community.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in coaching high-level executives and those on their way up. Our Lead coaching community comes from a wide range of professional backgrounds with prior experiences in sales, marketing, retail, operations, IT, education, and more.

By utilizing coaching, science, and technology to shape better leaders, build more resilient teams, and achieve lasting organizational transformation, BetterUp Lead Coaches help members identify, understand, and own their strengths, so they feel empowered to reach their potential.

What you’ll do:

• Join an international, diverse, and passionate community of Coaches who are helping people everywhere live their lives with more clarity, purpose, and passion

• Help organizations build higher-performing workforces by giving members the tools and support they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives

• Keep clients in the zone by developing the key mindsets that help them sustain performance.

• Upskill clients on the key behaviors that help them effectively coach team members to hit goals.

• Help clients build a world-class sales team by keeping a pulse on mindset readiness, productivity, and goal attainment.

• Provide members with personalized, data-driven coaching through our proprietary Whole Person Model, which measures the mindsets and behaviors that research shows to be key drivers of performance outcomes such as productivity, engagement, team performance, resilience (and many more!)

• Help clients to identify their strengths, create a growth plan, reach their goals, and transform — personally and professionally

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

• 5-10 years in Sales, Business Development Customer Success, or Sales Methodology Training.

• Experience with regularly meeting quota and business goals of client expectations.

• A coaching credential from a major coaching organization (ex. International Coaching Federation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, etc.)

• Several years of coaching experience with established and emerging leaders

• Several years of professional managerial experience

• Ability to drive member engagement and outcomes by leveraging technology

• Passionate about coaching techniques based in research to drive outcomes
