What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead ongoing training and collaboration with the provider community
- Establish learning collaboratives for network providers
- Act as a liaison between internal groups and the provider community
- Provide education and training to contracted providers and staff
- Support all provider support efforts, including orientations and trainings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in managed clinical care, training design, and/or facilitation and coaching
- Experience in psychiatric and/or substance abuse healthcare setting
- Current licensure that meets state requirements
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Understanding of training concepts and principles of adult learning

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service role
- Associate or Master's degree in Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work
