What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to clearly define project requirements and scope
- Perform ad hoc analysis and provide timely responses to data requests
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex query writing and optimization
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AWS Redshift is a significant advantage
