What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact and negotiate with customers to collect payment on overdue loans and accounts
- Execute strategies for collection processes, including negotiating payment plans
- Initiate and manage both inbound and outbound calls for debt collection
- Achieve revenue targets and call quality objectives
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of call center or customer service experience
- Three years of collections experience in a high-volume call center
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Strong critical thinking, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
