      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing an Opus Health program
      - Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means
      - Quickly assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
      - Document resolution information and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
      - Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Pharmacy Technician experience required
      - HIPAA certification
      - Minimum of 3 years of call center experience required
      - Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
      - Additional certifications related to pharmacy or healthcare services
