      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the process of renewing clients' bookkeeping services, ensuring clear communication about service terms and pricing
      - Maintain respectful and effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the renewal process
      - Collaborate with bookkeepers and teammates to meet client needs while upholding company culture
      - Address client feedback and concerns, coordinating with bookkeepers and managers for necessary changes
      - Maintain accurate records and liaise with billing and management during the renewal process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, or Montana
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
      - Intermediate to advanced skills in QuickBooks and other relevant software tools
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in bookkeeping or client management within the nonprofit sector
      - Familiarity with HubSpot, Xero, and other relevant tech tools
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Experience handling client renewals or similar processes
