What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming telephone calls and accurately book appointments in the Next Gen system
- Register new patients, entering demographics and insurance information while verifying insurance details
- Confirm appointments for the following business day and assist with rescheduling as needed
- Counsel patients regarding appointment verification and scheduling for multiple physicians
- Maintain accurate documentation in each patient's chart related to calls and messages

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling appointments and/or surgeries
- Experience with insurance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both speaking and writing
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a diverse patient population
- Strong communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in scheduling or administrative roles
- Familiarity with the Next Gen system or similar scheduling software
