      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming telephone calls and accurately book appointments in the Next Gen system
      - Register new patients, entering all demographics and insurance information, and verify insurance
      - Assist with rescheduling appointments and confirm the next business day’s appointments
      - Provide counseling to patients regarding appointment verification and scheduling for multiple physicians
      - Maintain accurate documentation in each patient's chart related to calls and messages

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling appointments and/or surgeries
      - Experience with insurance verification and processing
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
      - Must be capable of multi-tasking and working with a diverse patient population
      - Punctual and reliable for scheduled work shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a call center or healthcare scheduling environment
      - Familiarity with Next Gen or similar electronic health record systems
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
