What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming telephone calls and accurately book appointments in the Next Gen system
- Take messages and consultation requests from patients, doctors, and pharmacies
- Confirm appointments for the following business day and assist with rescheduling as needed
- Register new patients, entering all demographics and insurance information while verifying insurance
- Maintain accurate documentation in each patient's chart related to calls and messages

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling appointments and/or surgeries
- Experience with insurance processes
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both speaking and writing
- Exceptional multitasking abilities while working with a diverse patient population
- Ability to provide backup support for the Front Office as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related setting
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Next Gen system or similar scheduling software
