What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to members navigating employer-sponsored benefit programs
- Consult with members on benefits eligibility, enrollment, and technical support
- Assist with Open Enrollment activities and outreach calls
- Collaborate with team members for issue resolution and escalations
- Troubleshoot system issues and communicate effectively with employees

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Availability to work Noon - 9pm ET
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or benefits administration
- Life, Health & Annuity Required Licensing and Coverage

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree
- 4+ years of experience in a customer service/call center environment
