What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line claims related to commercial trucking and General Liability
- Establish reserves and provide reserve recommendations within established authority levels
- Review, approve, or oversee medical, legal, damage estimates, and miscellaneous invoices related to claims
- Negotiate settlements in accordance with Corporate Claim Standards and client-specific instructions
- Maintain proper documentation and personal diary on the claims system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of multi-line claim experience focusing on Commercial Trucking Claims and General Liability
- Florida Adjuster License and relevant Florida experience in claims handling
- Bilingual (Spanish) with both written and spoken fluency
- Experience with complex and litigated claims
- Ability to manage a caseload of complex claims while providing excellent client service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AIC, ARM, or CPCU designation is preferred but not required
