What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist students in navigating college access barriers, including financial aid and application processes
- Track and maintain up-to-date student files and databases
- Facilitate workshops for high school students and collaborate with school staff
- Engage with students weekly to ensure they meet program milestones
- Represent the organization at community meetings and develop solutions to enhance student engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least two years of full-time college access or related work experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Ability to work well with diverse individuals in a team environment

- Experience in delivering trainings and presentations to groups
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
- Residing in Houston, Texas is strongly preferred
