What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person
- Listen openly to eligible members and adopt a supportive communication approach
- Educate partners about the services focused on Enhanced Care Management
- Explain the benefits of Enhanced Care Management to build trust with eligible members
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel and provide updates on progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Physical location in California
- 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
- Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
- Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
