What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person
- Listen openly to eligible members and adopt a supportive communication style
- Educate partners about the employer's services to link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Explain services and benefits, addressing any hesitations from potential enrollees
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, ensuring continuous support for members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be physically located in or near San Bernardino, California
- 1+ year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
- A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
