What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person at partner locations
- Listen openly to eligible members and adopt a supportive communication style to facilitate enrollment
- Educate partners about services with a focus on linking eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Promote effective communication among internal teams and external partners
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel and provide consistent updates on progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation for engagement at various locations (for California residents)
- A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
