What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person at partner locations
- Listen openly to eligible members and adopt a supportive communication style
- Educate partners about services with a focus on linking members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Promote effective communication among internal teams and external partners
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, ensuring member continuation in the process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be physically located in California
- 1+ year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment
- 1+ year of experience cold calling
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
