What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct enrollment events and achieve assigned membership growth targets through direct and indirect marketing activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders, community-based organizations, and providers to build Medicaid membership
- Schedule, coordinate, and participate in enrollment events and encourage partner participation
- Deliver presentations, attend meetings, and distribute educational materials to members and potential members
- Execute company programs and assist with Molina turnkey events and media components

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or the healthcare industry
- Exceptional networking and negotiation skills with experience in sales and marketing techniques
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and either Mandarin or another Asian language
- Solid understanding of healthcare markets, primarily Medicaid
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, enrollment, or grassroots/community outreach
- 5+ years of outreach experience serving low-income populations
- 3-5 years of project management experience in a healthcare or outreach setting
