As a Bilingual Contract Specialist you will be responsible for: Coordinating the entire RFx and contract lifecycle process from initial intake to final submission and contract award and ensure deadlines are met Responsible for sourcing bid opportunities on various bid websites. Review of contractual terms and conditions, risk identification and coordinating all the activities between the customer and internal team to finalize and sign the contract Work and collaborate with cross functional teams, sales, marketing, finance and legal Participate and implement process and system improvement initiatives Produce quotations and proposals in French and English Validate and execute contract transactions Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to Respond to internal and external customer inquiries promptly Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal and external customers by using Service Force, generate Service Renewals for Lab Diagnostics and Point of Care instruments.
