What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and live chat
- Follow up with clients on E-commerce, Loyalty program, and other miscellaneous inquiries
- Participate in fraud prevention and oversee order delivery
- Process returns, refunds, and other adjustments while maintaining accurate records
- Liaise with Logistics teams and internal/external partners to ensure client needs are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a strong client service role, preferably in a high-end retail environment
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and initiative with a can-do attitude
- Bilingual (French) – verbal and written required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of office administration experience is an asset
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and act as a self-starter
