What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to identify their car purchase needs
- Utilize knowledge of the employer's inventory to guide customers to suitable vehicles
- Assist customers throughout the entire buying process, from online sales to vehicle delivery
- Ensure a smooth transition from online inquiries to in-store purchasing for an exceptional customer experience
- Mentor fellow team members as you develop your skills and expertise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong listening skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- High level of self-motivation to meet performance goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with technology and strong computer skills
- Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to adjust schedules twice a year based on business needs
- Proximity to the Customer Experience Center, living within 60 miles or 1 hour of the location
