      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing service issues, requests, and account information
      - Gather and enter pertinent information to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries
      - Educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services to facilitate efficient self-service
      - Troubleshoot usability issues and refer complex problems to appropriate service partners
      - Manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available for scheduled work shifts, including every third Saturday
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Must obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license within 12 months of employment

      - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment
