What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the first contact for customers regarding service issues, requests, and account information
- Gather and enter pertinent information to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries
- Educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services for efficient self-service
- Troubleshoot usability issues and refer complex problems to appropriate service partners
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support
- Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license within 12 months
- Availability to work shifts covering hours of operation from 8 am ET - 11 pm ET, including every third Saturday

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with company or product policies and systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving customer service issues
