      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound communications, including calls, emails, and chats from customers
      - Respond to diverse customer inquiries regarding orders, product questions, and account statuses
      - Collaborate with various departments and maintain relationships with Sales organizations
      - Identify opportunities for process improvements and maintain service excellence
      - Adhere to quality assurance guidelines while meeting productivity goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree or courses in a business-related field preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or data/order entry experience
      - At least 1 year of experience in a contact center environment
      - Fluency in English and French, both verbally and in writing
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, especially MS Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of medical manufacturing and/or distribution
      - Experience with SAP and Salesforce
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Exceptional detail orientation and time management abilities
      - Ability to manage difficult customer interactions professionally
