What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in natural and conversational customer interactions to deliver exceptional experiences
- Educate customers about all products and services offered by the company to drive sales and retention
- Utilize various systems and resources to provide accurate and timely resolution to customer inquiries
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, customer satisfaction, sales goals, and service level goals
- Conduct proactive analysis to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent customer experience and conversational skills
- Ability to identify and overcome customer objections
- Effective multitasking and adherence to a set schedule
- Genuine desire to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment preferred
