What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and consolidate regional forecasts based on sales inputs, historical data, and market trends
- Establish service level agreements (SLAs) with supply planning teams and monitor on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance
- Define and manage inventory policies tailored to each location within the Americas
- Prioritize master production schedules to meet customer needs and forecasted demand
- Develop and maintain a rough-cut capacity plan (RCCP) for production

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems

- A Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead change initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred
