      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Explore, provide, and coordinate services and resource access with enrolled families
      - Coordinate family and Center community activities to promote familial strength and overall well-being
      - Act as a liaison between families, staff, the community, and other family-related services
      - Encourage and support families to build self-efficacy strategies for their children and family systems
      - Handle multiple priorities and emergent program needs proactively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Home-based Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or comparable credential or equivalent coursework as part of an Associate's and/or bachelor's degree
      - Experience working with children and families from diverse cultures and lifestyles
      - Bilingual in Spanish/English is required
      - Must have reliable transportation and be able to work outside traditional hours as needed
      - Knowledge of community resources and services available to children and families

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in Early Head Start, Head Start, and/or Early ECEAP and ECEAP
      - Recent successful experience working with children and families in Infant, Toddler, or Preschool settings
      - Experience providing comprehensive services to children birth to five years in health, early childhood education, nutrition, mental health, and/or children with disabilities
      - Home visiting experience
      - Experience using computer software to manage data, maintain files, and submit reports
