What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Call members to schedule in-home visits with a Physician or Nurse Practitioner
- Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
- Ensure appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues
- Work efficiently in a high-volume customer service environment
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of work experience in a relevant field
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Medicaid or Medicare
- Background in customer retention-focused roles
