What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers
- Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues
- Provide outstanding service to identify and resolve caller's issues
- Attend local health events as needed
- Assist customers in navigating company websites and tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience OR experience in a medical office, health care, call center, or office setting
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work any shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior health care experience
- Prior phone and customer service experience
