What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous medical or call center experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer screens and applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with alpha-numeric data entry
- Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and listening abilities
