What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct regular home visits to establish trusting relationships with families
- Prepare and facilitate appropriate activities for home visits and group socialization experiences
- Provide parenting modeling, education, and supportive services as per program standards
- Conduct developmental screenings and evaluations using various assessment instruments
- Maintain documentation and client files in accordance with program guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Oral and written fluency in English; oral fluency in Spanish required
- High School graduate or GED; college coursework preferred
- Experience working with children (aged 0-3 years) and families
- Knowledge of infant and child development
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds of baby items and program materials

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Infant Mental Health endorsement preferred
- Experience with culturally diverse populations
- Willingness to engage in building reflective capacity
- Proficiency in basic technological tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
