What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling inbound phone calls and chats for vehicle support
- Review and assess customer concerns for troubleshooting and remote diagnostics
- Educate customers on self-service options and scheduling appointments with local service teams
- Record issues and data accurately into the CRM / Vehicle Support System
- Foster positive relationships with customers and internal departments to address concerns effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in French and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift during business hours (5 AM - 10 PM Mon.-Fri. & 5 AM - 6 PM on Saturday)
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Office, and Outlook, with the ability to navigate web browsers and internal systems
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions with strong attention to detail

- Experience in customer support or administrative roles
- Familiarity with CRM and Vehicle Support Systems
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
