What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues as they arise
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and upsell when required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proven oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to type 30 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
- Strong logical problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and work prioritization skills
