      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer and respond to emails and phone calls efficiently and professionally
      - Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and potential clients
      - Perform various clerical duties including data entry, filing, and reviewing client information
      - Assist the lead paralegal in managing client information and documentation
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance client management processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
      - Minimum of 1 year of office experience or equivalent internship experience
      - Associate Degree in Legal Studies or Business Administration preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
      - Previous experience in a customer service position is highly preferred

      - Experience working in a legal environment or immigration practice
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation processes
