What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate professional learning sessions using adult learning methodologies to enhance structured literacy practices
- Coach classroom teachers and provide feedback to improve foundational reading skills
- Support educators in developing content knowledge and understanding implementation processes
- Maintain professional relationships with district partners and team members
- Stay updated on literacy instruction best practices and Scholastic product knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual educator fluent in Spanish and comfortable delivering content in the same language
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience facilitating professional learning in literacy and/or reading
- At least 3-5 years of teaching experience
- Ability to maintain a travel schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress toward a Master's Degree in education or a reading-related field
- Strong facilitation skills, professionalism, and creativity
- Current knowledge of college and career readiness standards
- Understanding of the human change process and adult learning theories
- Valid driver's license
