      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the onboarding process
      - Manage all aspects of onboarding paperwork, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
      - Coordinate with recruiters to update candidates on their progress and start dates
      - Review completed onboarding documents for accuracy and compliance
      - Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and implement enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous onboarding experience at a staffing firm
      - Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English required
      - Proficient with or ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
