      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free healthcare evaluations
      - Follow approved scripts and ensure members are comfortable with the terms while responding to rebuttals
      - Meet daily productivity goals such as 300-400 outbound dials and 24 appointments set per day
      - Monitor performance results and report member complaints to management
      - Adhere to HIPAA and security guidelines when handling protected health information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of call center experience OR 2+ years of general work experience
      - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
      - Strong communication skills with a friendly and conversational demeanor
      - Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment using an auto-dialer and scripts
      - Proficiency in the English language and strong computer skills

      - Previous outbound call center or high-volume experience
      - Desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented environment
      - Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule including start times and breaks
      - Experience with persuasive communication and rebuttal techniques
      - Familiarity with handling protected health information
